1. Use of the Site

• Extract, harvest, or copy content from the Site in an automated way, including — without limitation — scraping, crawling, data mining, or the use of bots, spiders, or other automated tools.
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's content (text, photographs, floor plans, logos, brand) for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or related networks, including the admin panel.
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) through our forms, or attempt to bypass our bot-protection measures (such as Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Site's code or infrastructure.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose not authorized by these Terms.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, renders, floor plans, videos, logos, and the "MITO'S" brand — is owned by MITO'S or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted over this content beyond personal viewing of the Site.

4. Property information

Images, renders, floor plans, areas, and other features of the developments shown on the Site are illustrative and may vary from the final built project. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of sale. Any transaction is governed exclusively by the formal contracts signed between the parties.

5. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, or social media). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MITO'S will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
